Gorgeous hotel with excellent service. Staff was unfailingly polite. Excellent variety at breakfast. Rooms have lovely view, balcony, and a fireplace. Smooth check-in and late check-out process.

Staff, bedding and wi fi was great. Check in and out was effortless and cordial.
The breakfast unfortunately was very limited. This probably influenced our experience more than it should.

Staff will cater to your every request. A wide range of excellent food. The rooms with a fireplace are cozy and inviting.

Trash dragged across restaurant floor, and on view at entrance of the restaurant (coming from hotel) Setting up noisily for breakfast at 9.00 pm spoiled a nice meal.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary Prosecco and Voss water were a nice touch upon arrival. The shuttle service was convenient, and the recommended restaurant list was helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel is upscale and clean with lovely design. The staff are really friendly and provide excellent services. The building and rooms are beautiful, with balconies. There is a huge variety of food available at the venue's attached restaurant. my experience there was wonderful.
